How the Contract is Formed

This does not mean your order is accepted.
The contract is formed only when we send you a Dispatch Confirmation email.
If we cannot supply a product, we will notify you and refund any payment made.

Changes to These Terms

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel your order within 28 days of receiving your product(s).
To cancel, contact us via our Contact Us page. If the product has already been dispatched, return it to us within 14 days.
Some products (e.g., unsealed audio/video/computer products, newspapers, magazines) are non-returnable.
We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product or evidence of return.
Refunds may be reduced if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess it.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Delivery

Delivery times and charges vary by product and location.
We aim to deliver within 30 days of the Dispatch Confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery is complete when products arrive at your address. You are responsible for the products from this point.
If no one is available to accept delivery, follow the carrier’s instructions for redelivery.
We may deliver your order in instalments at no extra cost unless you request otherwise.

International Delivery

We deliver to most countries, but some restrictions may apply.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility.
You must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

Price and Payment

Prices are as shown on our site and include VAT (where applicable).
If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you for instructions or cancel your order and refund you.

Damaged or Defective Products

Business customers: Notify us within 14 days of delivery if products are damaged, defective, or incorrect. We may replace, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Consumers: You have legal rights if products are not as described, unfit for purpose, or of unsatisfactory quality. You may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.

Our Liability

For Business Customers:

We supply products for internal business use only, not for resale.
We do not limit liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or as required by law.
We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business, or any indirect or consequential loss.
Our total liability is limited to 150% of the price of the products.

For Consumers:

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach or negligence.
Products are for domestic/private use only; we are not liable for business losses.
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, transport or network failures). We will notify you if affected and resume obligations as soon as possible.

Communications

“In writing” includes email.
Contact us via email or our Contact Us page. We will respond in writing.
Notices are deemed received when posted on our site, 24 hours after email, or three days after posting a letter.

Other Important Terms

We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organization.
You may transfer your rights only with our written consent (except for warranty benefits on gifts).
No third party has rights under these Terms except as stated.
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful, the rest remain in effect.
Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the courts of England. The Vienna Convention does not apply.
